Merthyr Leisure Trust are looking to appoint a Culture Manager. The role has full responsibility for leading, supporting, inspiring and developing the team to maximise performance and output whilst contributing to a positive organisational culture. This should include the ability to create buy-in to change activities and creating a clear vision for Trust.
A key element of the post will be to create, implement and evaluate the Trusts services, culture and heritage strategy ensuring that this is translated into effective operational management, funding, communications, marketing and delivery plans and that all performance targets and service standards are met. Additional responsibilities are to actively promote Cyfartha Park as an Events venue and attraction of regional importance and to manage the Parks team.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Operations Manager, this is a full time post (37 hours).
Salary negotiable – circa £35,000
