The professional food and beverage manager will be responsible for managing all Food & Beverage operations and for delivering an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all Food and Beverage orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Operations Manager, this is a full time post (37 hours).
Salary negotiable – circa £26,000
