The Marketing Manager will bring the new Wellbeing @ Merthyr brand to life with engaging campaigns that connect the customer with our vision. The manager will lead the marketing strategy for Wellbeing @ Merthyr and will collaborate closely with the venues to coordinate all marketing activity, to ensure a consistent approach across to the promotion of W@M across the whole business.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing new customer and audiences, for generating revenue, and for building the W@M reputation locally, nationally and internationally. This will be achieved through a mix of customer insight, brand development, customer relationship management, digital innovation and bold, intelligent campaign activity.
Reporting to the Business Development and Finance Manager, this is a full time post (37 hours).
Salary negotiable – circa £26,000
