In partnership with Disability Sport Wales and British Cycling, Welsh Cycling are looking to appoint an
enthusiastic and innovative individual to develop and implement an integrated para-cycling programme.
The successful candidate will oversee the set up and development of para-cycling hubs across Wales;
and will be responsible for identifying and supporting the coaches based at each hub.
The post holder will also work closely with the DSW Pathway Development Officers in identifying potential
athletes as part of the talent identification or transfer process.
