Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week to be worked flexibly some evening and weekend work)
Based: Flexible, including 2 days a week in Swansea
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 depending on experience

To be part of the next step for Swim Wales at an exciting stage in its future. You will join a great team and contribute new ideas to build the brand and revenue, using your own initiative.
To develop and promote the commercial offering for all disciplines of Swim Wales through market research and analysis and identifying new business opportunities to help drive the overall sales’ process, through various means including emailing and cold calling.
Additionally, you will need to be able to develop strong and engaging relationships with the business community, Swim Wales partners and all internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent digital marketing skills, in the use of websites and social media as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, good project management, negotiation and problem solving skills. Key requirements will require you to be proactive and a focused individual. Being a team player with a passion for sport would be an advantage.
