DESCRIPTION:\nThe Hundred returns for its second edition this August!\n\n\n\nWelsh Fire will play their second home fixture of the tournament to last year’s runners-up Southern Brave, who lost to Oval Invincibles after automatically sealing their place in the final by topping the group in 2021.\n\n\n\nThe Fire will face the side from Southampton with a bone to pick, having fallen to defeat by a whopping eight wickets last time out – one of six defeats that left the Welsh team rooted to bottom spot come the end of the group stage.  \n\n\n\nIt’s another chance to see some brilliant names take to the field at the home of Glamorgan Cricket, Sophia Gardens. Fans can witness the likes of Katie George running out once more, while Barbados international Hayley Matthews is certainly one to keep your eye on, having ranked fifth for runs earned in last year’s edition of this tournament.
