DESCRIPTION:\nSported, in conjunction with our partners at smart security company Ring, has conducted its biggest ever survey of community organisations across the UK to learn about the issues and pressures affecting them on a daily basis.\n\n\n\nWe’ve learnt about the increased stress on those trusted local leaders using grassroots sport to deliver better social outcomes for our young people.\n\n\n\nAbout the financial pressures that have slashed optimism over whether these clubs and groups survive in the longer term.\n\n\n\nAnd how ongoing cost of living pressures are putting participation in sport and physical activity under threat – placing in jeopardy its ability to transform the lives of our next generation.\n\n\n\nThe full research will be released on Wednesday 26 June and we’re inviting you to join us for an online reveal of the findings from our Insight team and to hear first-hand from some of those affected by the present environment in community sport.\n\n\n\nThe webinar takes place at 1pm on Wednesday 26 June – join us on Zoom for an hour to learn more about this edition of the Sported x Ring Community Pulse … and for a thought-provoking discussion about what it means for you and within your own sphere of influence, and to hear from some of those delivering on the ground.\n\n\n\nTo register, contact m.woods@sported.org.uk\n\n\n\n\n
