Business Support Officer

Remuneration: £26,000 – £29,000 (Pro Rata) negotiable dependent upon experience, plus pension package.

Hours: Part Time post, 30 hours per week, flexible working hours within core periods. There is an expectation that the Business Support Officer might need to attend events/meetings outside of core periods.

Location: The post holder will adopt an agile and hybrid working arrangement in line with the needs of the business; between home, in the field and at designated fixed office bases.

This position is shared between two organisations: West Wales Sports Partnership Ltd (WWSP) and the Mid Wales Sports Partnership Ltd (MWSP). The post will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the West Wales Sports Partnership, with additional oversight from the Regional Director of the Mid Wales Sports Partnership.

As the Business Support Officer, you will coordinate business planning, reporting and assurance, financial management, and information processing and data management. This role also includes executive administration support, marketing, communications, event and engagement support, including data and insight analysis.

Oriau: Swydd ran amser, 30 awr yr wythnos, oriau gwaith hyblyg o fewn cyfnodau craidd. Mae disgwyl efallai y bydd angen i’r Swyddog Cefnogi Busnes fynychu digwyddiadau / cyfarfodydd y tu allan i gyfnodau craidd.

Lleoliad: Bydd deiliad y swydd yn mabwysiadu trefniant gweithio hyblyg a hybrid yn unol ag anghenion y busnes; rhwng y cartref, yn y maes ac mewn swyddfa sefydlog benodol.

Mae’r swydd yma’n cael ei rhannu rhwng dau sefydliad: Partneriaeth Chwaraeon Gorllewin Cymru Cyf. (PChGC) a Phartneriaeth Chwaraeon Canolbarth Cymru Cyf. (PChCC). Bydd y swydd yn adrodd yn uniongyrchol i Brif Swyddog Gweithredol Partneriaeth Chwaraeon Gorllewin Cymru, gyda goruchwyliaeth ychwanegol gan Gyfarwyddwr
