SUMMARY:Parc Bryn Bach Stage 3 – National Championship
DESCRIPTION:Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Welsh valleys, the race comprises a 750m lake swim followed by two laps of the lake, totalling 5k for a nice flat run.\nThe Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon Series is a fun, friendly and relaxed mid-week event, providing accessible racing for all athletes (over the age of 16) & a great way to get some good race training & open water practice.\nThere is no minimum ability to enter, however it is advisable that you are confident in your ability to swim 750m in cold open water.  A cut off time of 25 minutes from race start for the swim will be enforced at the discretion of the organisers and entrants must have started their second lap of the run 45 minutes from race start.\nWelsh Triathlon Aquathlon Championship\n
