{"id":25220,"date":"2022-03-01T12:33:44","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T12:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wsa.wales\/?page_id=25220"},"modified":"2022-03-01T12:36:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T12:36:36","slug":"the-outdoor-partnership-wsa-membership-testimonial","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wsa.wales\/cy\/membership-testimonials\/the-outdoor-partnership-wsa-membership-testimonial\/","title":{"rendered":"The Outdoor Partnership WSA Membership Testimonial"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Outdoor Partnership WSA Membership Testimonial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Outdoor Partnership have spoken to the <a href=\"https:\/\/wsa.wales\/cy\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\" class=\"ek-underline\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Welsh Sports Association<\/span><\/span><\/a> (WSA) about their membership, and how it has benefitted their organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programme Manager at TOP, Mark Jones, has mostly used the WSA for support regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, and stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The majority of the links I\u2019ve had with the WSA has been through the meetings with other members to find out updates throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Actually seeing how governing bodies and other people are dealing with similar issues has been of huge help. The network, the hearing from other organisations, and the feeding and dissemination of information possibly just before the Minister\u2019s announcements and having a clearer update to know what that announcement actually means for various sports on the ground \u2013 that\u2019s been a massive support.&nbsp;<\/p><p>My main contact with the WSA has been through Policy and Communications Manager Matt Williams, who has been the one to deliver and lead on those sessions. Whenever I\u2019ve been in touch with the WSA, asking for advice or querying something, the response has always been great and been quick!&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark continued to reveal the summarising benefit he&#8217;s felt from membership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I would definitely recommend membership.
