The programme emphasises the importance of developing inclusive working environments that are reflective of the communities we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme is aimed at senior leaders and managers, aspiring leaders, and those leading on equality, diversity and inclusion, and will commence in November with a virtual orientation, and a first residential session in December, on the 7<sup>th<\/sup> and 8<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications are now open and will close at 12noon on Friday 12<sup>th<\/sup> November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please see the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sport.wales\/partners\/akd-become-an-inclusive-leader-programme\/\" class=\"ek-link\">link<\/a> for further information on the programme, and how to apply.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sport Wales open &#8216;Becoming an Inclusive Leader&#8217; Programme Applications Sport Wales have launched the application process for their new, innovative leadership development programme: Becoming an Inclusive Leader.
