These services ranged from commercial contract enquiries to regulatory disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loosemores.co.uk\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Loosemores<\/a> team have also provided expert training on topics such as Legal Structures for Sports Clubs and delivered template resources for WSA members, including an example Articles of Association template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senior Partner at Loosemores Solicitors, Mark Loosemore, commented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are delighted to announce the renewal of our strategic partnership with the WSA, the independent umbrella body which supports and represents the sport and leisure sector in Wales. We look forward to continuing our work with the WSA and its member and commercial partners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew Howard, Chief Executive Officer at the WSA, added:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis partnership provides a fantastic opportunity to support the sector.
