This full-time role will work closely with clubs, schools, leisure providers and community partners to increase participation opportunities, support club development, and ensure gymnastics remains safe, inclusive and accessible for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in Cardiff with regular travel across the region, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing sustainable gymnastics provision, supporting workforce and facility development, building partnerships, and driving growth across the sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salary: \u00a326,000 \u2013 \u00a329,908<br>Location: Cardiff with travel across South-East Wales<br>Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)<br>Closing Date: Monday 1st September 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role to\u00a0hr@welshgymnastics.org.
