Previous international management, and experience is desirable but not essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Role Summary (a full Role Description is available on request)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angling Cymru expects its International Team Managers to uphold the highest standards of conduct, promoting our ethos, culture &amp; values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 To provide a central point of contact, liaison for communication &amp; information on behalf of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Selected Team Managers for specific teams will be responsible for setting dates and venues for trials and coaching\/training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 To plan &amp; organise team practice sessions prior to the relevant championship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 To identify the coaching or skills training needs of team members &amp; provide that coaching, or bring in a specialist coach, if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 To arrange all team travel, travel itineraries, accommodation, bait &amp; anything else required for the pre-event practice and the championship itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 To provide information to team members &amp; parents\/guardians as appropriate on arrangements and in accordance with the Safeguarding Policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a full role description, any enquiries or to apply please send a CV, along with a cover, letter to: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"mailto:info@anglingcymru.org.uk\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>info@anglingcymru.org.uk<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Closing date for applications is Wednesday 30th September 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anglingcymru.org.uk\/post\/wanted-international-team-manager-coarse-float-juniors-youths\">Full Job Description<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>International Team Manager Angling Cymru is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a team manager for the coarse anglers junior\/youths float fishing team.
