Coach Education Delivery Partner – Weightlifting Wales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Weightlifting Wales is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work in partnership with Weightlifting Wales (WW) as our new Coach Education Delivery Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a self-employed partnership opportunity, offering the flexibility to build and develop coach education alongside your existing commitments through a profit-share arrangement with WW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful individual will play a key role in expanding coach education, working closely with licensed clubs, training facilities and partner organisations to create a sustainable, income-generating coach education programme across Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful Delivery Partner will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop a sustainable and profitable coach education programme that generates income for both WW and the Delivery Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Organise and coordinate coach education courses across Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop and grow the annual programme of courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Liaise with British Weight Lifting regarding course administration and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Work with licensed clubs and partner organisations to identify suitable venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Deliver coach education courses across Wales where appropriately qualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Where appropriate, identify and manage suitably qualified tutors to support delivery, subject to agreement with WW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Promote courses alongside WW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure a high-quality learner experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain accurate records and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
