£17,550 – £22,000 Pro rata (20 hours per week)
One Year Fixed Term

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City Football Club. We use the
unique appeal of Cardiff City FC to improve lives.

Our goal is to support children, young people and families in South Wales to achieve their full potential.
We do that by creating opportunities for people to lead healthier more active lives, improving education
and employment opportunities, and reducing offending and reoffending.

This exciting role will see the successful candidate supporting the Foundation’s Kicks Programme Team
to deliver a range of sports coaching, educational, and personal development opportunities to children
and young people as part of our Premier League Kicks project.

This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role supporting a variety of young people aged 13-25. The
Inclusion Project Worker will work alongside staff to develop and deliver a range of interventions to
support young people in the following areas:
• Vulnerable young people involved in youth violence and anti-social behaviour
• Encouraging young people to participate in weekly sports sessions whilst unearthing the potential of all
participants.
• NEET/Unemployed young people

The Foundation is looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual who can engage and inspire
individuals with passion and drive and must be available to work evenings and occasional weekends.
