Community Right to Buy Scheme

The Welsh Government will introduce a Community Right to Buy scheme during this Senedd term and are interested hearing how you feel about it. The scheme would allow community groups to apply to register important buildings or land that they believe would benefit the local community and have the opportunity to have first refusal when it comes up for sale.
