WSA Legal Structures for Sports Clubs Lunchtime Learning

This 45 minute session, led by WSA Partners Hugh James, will explore the different legal structures available to sports clubs and the advantages and disadvantages of the various structures. The session will also consider whether it would be beneficial for your sports club to register as a CASC (community amateur sports club) or charity and the benefits and restrictions imposed by these. Hugh James will also explore good governance and practical steps to ensure sports clubs are managed appropriately.

The session is free for all WSA member organisations and their associated not for profit member clubs.  The session is £25 for all non members.
