
2025 UEFA Women’s European Championships
Cymru will face France, England and the Netherlands in the UEFA Women’s EURO finals group stage, their first appearance in a major tournament.
Rhian Wilkinson’s side reached the group stage after beating the Republic of Ireland 3-2 on aggregate in the play-off final round.
England won the tournament in 2022, with the Netherlands winning the previous iteration of the tournament in 2017. Cymru played France twice in 2022, losing narrowly 2-1 and 2-0 on both occasions.
Cymru’s tournament will start on Saturday 5 July in Lucerne against the Netherlands, before facing France and England in St Gallen on Wednesday 9 July and Sunday 13 July respectively.
The top two teams from each final tournament group will progress to the knockout phase.
