A free skills gap analysis survey and consultation is now available to all Welsh Sports Association member organisations.
The WSA can offer a free skills gap analysis survey and consultation to all its member organisations, via an agreement with CIMSPA.
The CIMSPA workforce development survey helps you understand your workforce priorities, where your organisations skills gaps are, succession planning and recruitment improvements.
You’ll complete the survey with one of CIMSPA’s Workforce Development Managers and receive your workforce priority plan with recommendations, next steps and key focuses.
CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) is the UK’s professional development body for the sport and physical activity sector, setting standards, endorsing training providers, and promoting regulated professionalism in the industry.
