Mae’r gynhadledd gyntaf hon yn dod â phartneriaid o bob cwr o ranbarth Canolbarth y De ynghyd i gysylltu, cydweithio a llunio dyfodol Partneriaeth Weithredol Canolbarth y De.

Mae’r digwyddiad wedi’i gynllunio i hysbysu ac ysbrydoli, a bydd yn uno arweinwyr systemau, ymarferwyr a phartneriaid sy’n seiliedig ar leoedd am ddiwrnod o ddysgu a mewnbwn strategol ar y cyd. Bydd arbenigwyr cenedlaethol o Gynlluniau Peilot sy’n Seiliedig ar Leoedd Lloegr yn rhannu eu profiadau o yrru newid ystyrlon a pharhaol trwy gyfrwng dull systemau — gan gynnig mewnwelediad i helpu i arwain ein taith ranbarthol ni.

Nid cyfnewid gwybodaeth yn unig yw hyn ond yn hytrach galwad i weithredu: cyfle i gryfhau perthnasoedd, alinio uchelgeisiau ac adeiladu system ranbarthol fwy cysylltiedig a chydlynol.

Connecting for Change – Shaping the Future of CSAP in the Central South

This inaugural conference brings together partners from across the Central South region to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of the Central South Active Partnership (CSAP).

Designed to inform and inspire, the event will unite system leaders, practitioners, and place-based partners for a day of shared learning and strategic input. National experts from England’s Place-Based Pilots will share their experiences of driving meaningful, lasting change through a systems approach — offering insight to help guide our own regional journey.

This is not just about a knowledge exchange but rather a call to action: a chance to strengthen relationships, align ambitions, and build a more connected and coherent regional system.
