This session will be delivered by Lou Englefield, Director, Pride Sports.

Lou is a prominent advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports. In her role at Pride Sports, she led the bid to bring a EuroGames to Cardiff in 2027. She is currently Chair of the Fare Network, Co-Chair of Pride House International and a director of Humans of Sport. With decades of experience in activism and sports development, she has been instrumental in pushing for policy change and raising awareness about the barriers faced by LGBTQ+ athletes and fans globally. Lou is based in Mid Wales.
