Leadership Conference – leading through crisis
Please see below a link to a virtual leadership conference being held on Wednesday 4th November, 2.00pm – 5.30pm.
The conference will involve some high levels speakers, including Eddie Jones (England Rugby Union Coach), Baroness Sue Campbell DBE, and Professor Neil Mortenson (President of the Royal College of surgeons) among several others.
A short synopsis of the conference:
‘The COVID-19 crisis drove global organisations to quickly adapt their working practices to cope with a complex and evolving global pandemic. While these changes were born out of necessity, they have forced leaders to urgently review traditional ways of working and quickly establish new approaches to leading their teams. The ‘Foundation for Leadership Through Sport’ and the ‘Centre for Army Leadership’ have brought together senior leadership from across business, sport and the military to share their experiences and lessons from leading their teams through this crisis.’
