The Mixed Martial Arts Four Nations will take place at Ebbw Vale Sports Centre over the weekend of 14th to 16th July!
The annual Four Nations Championships sees the best MMA athletes from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales pitted against each other in a battle to show who has the best MMA athletes in the UK! Bouts are held to the IMMAF ruleset and include same day weigh ins.
