‘Not Your Usual Hustings’ Youth Event – BGC Wales

Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs of Wales are hosting a Hustings event to bring together young people and local politicians to discuss the issues that matter most to them. 

Taking place at Dowlais Community Centre in Merthyr Tydfil on Friday April 17th from 1–3pm, this is a fantastic opportunity for young people to have their voices heard, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of how decisions are made in their communities. Whether you’re passionate about education, jobs, the environment, or simply want to learn more about politics, there’s something here for everyone. 

We are encouraging all young people to arrive at 12:15pm before the event starts to enjoy some free hot dogs and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.
