Social Business Wales will be holding an online event to showcase what social investors are looking to invest in now, in these COVID-19 times. The event will be open to all Welsh social enterprises, co-operatives and employee-owned businesses.

If you want to find out how social investors have changed their approach and focus as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, what is available and how it can be used to help rebuild social businesses and the economy here in Wales, this is the event for you.

We will have a panel of investors explaining who and what they can support, expert led workshops looking at what to know before you apply and how to become investible as well as the opportunity to network with similar minded organisations.

New this year, we will be offering short pre-bookable one-to-one meetings with investors and funders following the main conference. These individual meetings will be held on Zoom on Thursday 10th & Friday 11th June. It will be an opportunity to speak directly with investors about your eligibility, your proposals and the next steps. Details of how to book a 1-2-1 with an investor will be sent to you after you have registered to attend. 1-2-1 meetings are on a ‘first come first serve’ basis and are limited – book early to avoid disappointment.
