Strategic Planning Lunch and Learn Webinar

The WSA has teamed up with Geoff Wilson, of Geoff Wilson Consultancy, to produce an online ‘power’ course in Strategic Planning. It was launched on the 1st March 2024 and is currently available on the WSA e-learning portal. 

In this Lunch & Learn, Geoff will provide a brief insight into Strategic Planning, the e-learning course and the strategic planning model.

The model is a ‘step by step’ approach that will give members a clear direction when creating strategic plans.
