Welsh International Badminton Championships: 29/11/22 – 03/12/22

The Welsh International Badminton Championships is the showstopper in the Badminton Wales events calendar. Worldwide players travel to Wales to battle for vital world ranking points in a display of some of the best badminton in the world. Play is livestreamed across the world and this year returns to Sport Wales National Centre from the 29th Nov – 3rd December 2022.

Tuesday 29th November
From 9am: MS & WS 1st & 2nd round qualification

 Wednesday 30th November
From 9am: MS & WS 3rd & 4th round qualification and MD & XD 1st & 2nd round qualification

 Thursday 1st December
From 9am: 1st round main draw

Tournament Location

The Main Arena of the Sport Wales National Centre has hosted numerous international events and is 1km walking distance from Cardiff city centre. 

During the event, play will be conducted on four badminton courts with bleacher seating for 600 spectators.
