Have your say in the WSA & CLUK Procurement Portal by completing our survey!
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is massively excited to very shortly launch our new Procurement Portal in partnership with Community Leisure UK (CLUK) with our partners 2buy2 powering the service! However, don’t forget to complete our survey so that you can detail to us your specific organisational needs and have your say as we prioritise the portal’s development!
We have a diverse membership base, so appreciate that some questions may be more relevant than others. We also appreciate that members have provided data in certain areas previously – but things are moving so fast at present, the more up to date information we obtain, the most suitable the service.

With current increasing costs posing a serious challenge to the wellbeing of sport and leisure, the WSA is looking forward to providing a comprehensive managed procurement service which delivers the best value outcome for the sector, courtesy of our partners 2buy2.
2buy2 is a Cardiff-based procurement specialist providing strategic procurement advice and education that delivers savings and supplier management.
Together, we will be delivering a bespoke procurement portal for WSA and CLUK members. The portal will provide self-service access to a range of approved supplier lists, framework agreements, and quotes & pricing from pre-accredited suppliers – furthermore, to access these via a RFQ (request for quote) process will be free. There will also be access to a series of best practice procurement guides, templates, and procedures – also free of charge!
