Sport Wales open ‘Becoming an Inclusive Leader’ Programme Applications
Sport Wales have launched the application process for their new, innovative leadership development programme: Becoming an Inclusive Leader.
Partnered with AKD Solutions, the programme has been designed to equip leaders with inclusive leadership skills, provide clarity of vision, and enhance leaders’ confidence to lead their teams. The programme emphasises the importance of developing inclusive working environments that are reflective of the communities we serve.
The programme is aimed at senior leaders and managers, aspiring leaders, and those leading on equality, diversity and inclusion, and will commence in November with a virtual orientation, and a first residential session in December, on the 7th and 8th.
Applications are now open and will close at 12noon on Friday 12th November.
