The National Eisteddfod is one of Wales’ biggest cultural events, bringing together communities from across the country. For Welsh Sports Association members, it offers a chance to meet new audiences, promote sport and physical activity, and showcase the work you do to support people across Wales. Having a presence at the Eisteddfod also shows a commitment to Welsh communities, culture and the Welsh language.

The WSA will be present during the week, engaging with politicians, meeting members and attending sessions such as the debate on ‘Unlocking Wales’s potential: A new culture and sport strategy for Wales’.

The National Eisteddfod 2026 takes place from 1–8 August 2026 at Llantwd, near Cardigan, Pembrokeshire.
