The WSA is pleased to invite members to a Coffee and Collaboration Session, prior to the annual AGM at Sport Wales National Centre on Thursday 15th October 2026. We received lots of excellent feedback in our independent member perception survey recently and as the sector’s ‘super-connector’, members asked for more collaborative opportunities and events… and we hear you!

15:45 Partner Spotlight Session – “Just 2 minutes”
We invite members to have a spotlight on themselves! Member organisations will have a couple of minutes to let other WSA members know about your excellent work, your challenges, your asks – Whatever is relevant to you and you would like to be shared.
16:30 Advocacy Session
An informal opportunity to discuss the latest news from the Senedd and across the sector. The WSA will ask three questions and over coffee and conversation, you will be encouraged to write down your thoughts for the WSA to review.
17:00 Break and networking
17:30 WSA AGM commences (Teams link also available for Members not able to attend in person).
18:30 Event Finishes
The AGM agenda will be shared at a closer date and in accordance with the Articles of Association.
