WSA Training Course Booking and Cancellation Policy – T’s & C’s
This policy refers to all WSA training courses as set out on our website: wsa.wales/events
Before booking onto a course make sure that you have read the course description fully to check that it will meet your training needs. Pay particular attention to the details when a course has essential pre-course requirements for attendees. In addition please review the WSA privacy policy. wsa.wales/privacy-policy
By registering for a WSA course both the candidate and their employer / National Governing Body confirms that they have read and fully understand the description and requirements of the course.
Upon receipt of the candidate(s) registration form including the preferred payment method your place(s) will be confirmed via email as soon as practicable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you wish to cancel your booking the following scale of charges applies:
Cancellation refund scale
- 15 + days before the course: full refund
- 6 – 14 days before the course: 50% refund
- Less than 6 days before the course: no refund
