TEMPORARY AQUA SCHOOL COORDINATOR (MATERNITY COVER)
(5 x month Temporary contract or until the return of the substantive post holder)

37 hours per week (evening and weekend work required)
SCP 12-17 £26,046 to £27,666 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Wales National Pool Swansea for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and professional team.
You will be responsible for the coordination of our Learn to Swim and Aquatic Fitness Programme, inspiring a team of teachers & instructors to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You will have excellent IT and customer care skills with previous experience of teaching/coaching/programming along with a Level 2 SEQ/ASA teaching qualification.
You will be competent at prioritising and managing your workload whilst working under pressure. Being a part of this team will require you to be professional, committed, hardworking with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to inspire others.
