Sector Webinars & Recordings
WSA members can find recordings of WSA member ‘Communities’, WSA Lunch & Learns and Annual General Meetings on this page!
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) offers a range of WSA networking ‘Communities’ for individuals working across different domains within the sport and leisure sector to access. The first of these launched was the WSA Facilities Community. Much like our Phased Return to Sport groups during Covid – we recognise the importance of collaboration across likeminded communities.
As our networks have evolved and personnel have moved onto different roles and responsibilities, we’re looking to encourage individuals back to together to share knowledge and best practice.
WSA Facilities Community
The first WSA Facilities Community took place on the 18th June on Teams. We heard from the following WSA members:
Aled Lewis – Director, Cymru Football Foundation to discuss the future of 3G.
David Cornwell – Owner of Welsh Padel Centre to discuss the growth of Welsh Padel
Dan Nicholls – Commercial Sales Manager at Dragons RFC to highlight how best to Commercialise a sporting facility.
