Don’t miss the Women in Sport Leadership Lunch by Speakeasy Club!
We are very near to the inaugural Women in Sport Leadership Lunch, being put on by Speakeasy Club and being supported by the Welsh Sports Association (WSA), which takes place on September 29th!
The event will celebrate and champion women in leadership roles across sport, from behind the scenes at National Governing Bodies to on the filed captaining teams to glory, as they inspire people and generations.
Being held from 13:30-17:00 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, attendees will be greeted with drinks and canapes on arrival before being able to hear from some fantastic women involved in leadership roles across sport.
Sharing some of their challenges, successes, and ambitions as female leaders, we’ll be joined on stage by a panel of truly inspiring people; Director for Wales, Princes Trust Sarah Jones, Hockey Wales CEO Ria Burrage Male and Deputy Director for e-cycles at Cycling UK Jenny Box.
Difficult Conversations Expert, Louisa Clarke (Confidently There) will empower attendees with the tools to navigate difficult conversations, before LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) Deputy President Sandi Proctor will talk us through her experiences at the top of British and International Tennis.

Tickets for this wonderful event are £45, with a discounted rate for WSA members! And students for 18-24 years old will be able to attend for just £15!
