Find all you need to know ahead of the WSA Sustainability in Sport Conference 2025
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is excited to welcome members and colleagues from across the sector and beyond to Rodney Parade on Wednesday 5 November, for the 2025 WSA Sustainability in Sport Conference.
Delegates have been emailed their Personal Travel Plans, provided by WSA partners You. Smart. Thing. These have been generated using the postcode provided when registering for the event.

The Conference will take place at:
Rodney Parade Stadium, Rodney Road, Newport, NP19 0UU from 09.30 – 15.30.
Guests are to arrive from 09.30.
Bike Storage and Bike Checks – For those cycling to the event, you can book bike park storage inside the Dragons Eco-Hub here. Also, Momentwm will be at the Dragons Eco-Hub offering free bike checks – a great opportunity to ensure your bike is in good order for commuting to work.
Food bank collection – The Dragons Eco Hub also runs a local food bank, so if you are able to donate on the day, the WSA and the Dragons would be grateful for your support. All donations would go to the local Maindee School.
Collaboration Hub – Several WSA Partners will be present in the Collaboration Hub for members to engage with during the breaks. Please do visit Howden, Dwr Cymru, You.Smart.Thing., 2buy2, St John Ambulance Cymru, Gray Dawes Travel and FleetEV – please note, Fleet EV will be showcasing some of their vehicles throughout the day opposite the Dragons Eco Hub.
Also, WSA Partners Harlequin – will be offering to re-skin any of your old pull-up banners for a modest fee. Please bring your old pullup banner Cassettes with you on the day and we’ll ensure these get delivered to Harlequin for a highly cost-effective re-skin.
