From Omicron to Podium – WSA Winter Member Event 17/11/22
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is excited to announce that we will be hosting our winter member event, From Omicron to Podium, at the Sport Wales National Centre this winter!
The objective of From Omicron to Podium is to once again reunite the sport and leisure sector, emulating the fantastic day we experienced at our member meeting in Sophia Gardens this June, and to celebrate the resilience and success of our members throughout what has been a tough year, but also a successful year with a brilliant performance from Team Wales at this summer’s Commonwealth Games.
With that said, the WSA is also delighted to announce that we will be joined by a panel of outstanding Welsh sports stars during the event. The athletes attending have all medalled this year and will be talking and presenting their shiny prizes to our attendees!
Now that we’ve wetted your appetite, names of our esteemed panellists will be released in due course – so keep your ears open and eyes peeled!
This event will take place from 15:00-17:00 on Thursday November 17th, with the chance to chat and network following the formalities!
