Chair, Board of Directors – Gwella

Prior experience as a Chair is not essential. You should bring proven board-level experience within a nuanced environment and a strong understanding of governance in publicly accountable settings. Experience within an arm’s length organisation, social enterprise or charity, regulated body or similar would be ideal.

Time commitment: Approximately 10 to 12 days per year, including Board meetings, preparation and stakeholder engagement.
Term of office: 3 years
Remuneration: £6,000 per annum, fixed
