Non-Executive Directors provide independent oversight, strategic insight and constructive challenge to support the long-term success of Gwella. They help ensure the organisation is well governed, financially resilient and focused on delivering positive outcomes for communities.

The role goes beyond formal oversight; you will act as a strategic peer to the executive team, offering experience, perspective and informed challenge.

Time commitment: Four formal Board meetings per year, plus strategy sessions, other meetings and occasional development or stakeholder activity.
Term of office: 3 years
Remuneration: These roles are unremunerated; reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
