LEVEL 2 SWIMMING TEACHER
CLOSING DATE: Sunday 28th June 2026
Salary £28,164 – £29,888 (SCP 19-22) per annum pro rata
Permanent: 2 to 6 hours per week
(Tuesday and/or Wednesday and/or Thursday—48 weeks per year contract)
OR Relief: Zero hour contract
We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced Level 2 Teachers to join our swim school. Hours of work will include evenings and/or weekends. Please note that some of these hours will include in water instruction with a dryside co-teacher.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
Main purpose of Job:
To assist the Aqua School Coordinator (ASC)/Sports Manager (SM) and other Aqua School Teachers, in the efficient, effective and professional delivery of the Aqua School programme.
To be responsible for the management, and supervision of in water Teachers under the direction of the ASC/SM.
To ensure that the service provided is operated according to all current legislation and statutory requirements (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 etc).
