Tom Sharp, Business Development Manager of the Welsh Sports Association, said:

“We’re delighted to announce the renewal of our Partnership with Enterprise Holdings, Inc.
In challenging times for our sector, we continue to look for opportunities to save members time and money and this partnership offers just that.
In addition, offering solutions to reduce congestion, improve air quality and promote active and sustainable travel has been vitally important”

James Goodall Head of Business Development Enterprise Holdings, Inc, said:

“We’re delighted to renew our partnership with the Welsh Sports Association and continue to support the WSA members with a wide range of transportation solutions throughout the UK and beyond. At Enterprise, we recognise that sustainable travel and improved air quality has never been more important than it is today and providing our customers with travel options to aid this whilst also still being easily accessible has never been more prevalent. We look forward to seeing the partnership develop and meeting more and more of the WSA members as we start to embark on the journey back to ‘normality’.

In 2020, Enterprise Car Club more than doubled the number of on-street vehicles in Cardiff in response to fast growing demand, and to support the Council’s aim of delivering more integrated public and shared transport, reducing congestion, improving air quality and promoting active and sustainable travel.

Enterprise Car Club is also currently available to WSA members at eight other towns and cities in Wales including Swansea, Holyhead and Wrexham, as well as smaller historic locations such as Monmouth and Ruthin. Alongside, Enterprise has daily rental branches in Cardiff city centre, two other city locations and a branch at Cardiff airport, offering the widest available range of car and van rental for WSA members and associated clubs.

If you’re looking for support or would like to discuss your transportation needs as the sector returns to sport & leisure – please contact the Enterprise team for WSA membership rates and access to your personalised booking tool: https://wsa.wales/partners/enterprise-car-van-hire/
