WSA and Swim Wales to host Wales Week London Event

The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) in collaboration with Swim Wales, are to host a Wales Week London event ‘Marginal Gains in Sports and Business’.

The WSA and Swim Wales will be joined by the 2018 Commonwealth Butterfly Champion Alys Thomas and 2014 Commonwealth Backstroke Champion Georgia Davies.

Attendees will embark on a captivating journey of insight as elite athletes generously share their strategies for pushing the boundaries of physical performance. Colleagues will discover how their relentless pursuit of marginal gains propelled them to the pinnacle of success.

But what happens when the unexpected unfolds in the biggest race of your life? Join us to uncover the challenges faced, lessons learned, and the resilience that defines these exceptional individuals.

The Wales Week London event will be held at Queen Mother Sports Centre 223 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, Pimlico, London SW1V 1EL, from 12pm – 14.00 on Tuesday 27th Feb 2024.

Attendees will also engage in thought-provoking discussions and networking, where elite athletes and business individuals collaborate, sharing their secrets to success and explore how marginal gains can be applied to achieve greatness in any field.
