Board Member
Mark is a Fellow of the ICAEW with over 25 years of accounting, finance and financial control experience. Having spent the early stages of his career in practice Mark has worked for a number of major global businesses including PwC, EY, Lloyds Banking Group and GM Financial. Mark is currently Group CFO of Propel Finance Group, a specialist private equity owned SME Asset Finance funder.
With over 15 years’ experience operating at a UK and European senior executive level across auto and asset finance sectors Mark has a reputation for transforming teams and delivering exceptional added value through those teams.
In addition to his role with the WSA, he is also an Independent Council Member of Aberystwyth University and a member of the Audit, Risk & Assurance and Investment Committees.
Outside of work Mark is married, with two teenage daughters. A keen runner and cyclist he is also an enthusiastic, but patient golfer with many a shot going astray at Southerndown Golf Club.
