The latest addition to this expert lineup is Vicki Sutton, Chief Executive of Netball Franchise Cardiff Dragons!
“Cardiff Dragons are known as the green franchise,” she commented. “Mainly because that’s the colour of our home kit, but I am on a mission to ensure that the green meaning is twofold and that we are making conscious decisions to assist Wales’ capital city in becoming carbon-neutral and nature-positive.
“I will share the practical examples that we are pushing forwards to help make this a reality.”
WSA CEO Andrew Howard added:
“It is great to have Vicki on board with us for what is shaping up to be an extremely valuable day at the Principality Stadium this November.
“Cardiff Dragons are yet another example amongst our lineup of speakers of an organisation making strides in their sustainability efforts, and we thoroughly look forward to welcoming Vicki in sharing some of that best practise.
“That’s what the Sustainability in Sport Conference will be all about! It’s an important opportunity for the sector to collaborate with a collective mission in mind, tackling an issue which transcends borders and applies to every organisation within our industry and beyond.”
