Llanelli Sprint Triathlon
This open water triathlon always attracts a large field of athletes of all abilities. The event attracts first time triathletes and those giving open water triathlon a go for the very first time to the very experienced quality triathletes from across the UK. The event takes place at the North Dock in the Millennium Coastal Park and starts with a 750m swim in the safe haven of the North Dock. We have a new 22km bike ride that takes you out along the Coastal Road towards Loughor, which is a fast, flat course before you return to transition at the North Dock. There are no 20mph speed restrictions and no parked cars. The 5km run takes you along the scenic Millennium Coastal Path with a fantastic red carpet finish at the North Dock. The event is the 1st race in the 2025 Welsh Triathlon Super Series, Welsh Sprint Championships and a Tim Cymru Qualifier.
