Direct Reports: 3-4 people and matrix team
Salary: Competitive + sales-based bonus + company performance annual increase
Background
Swim Wales is the National Governing Body for Aquatic activities and sports in Wales, supporting and governing the full aquatic pathway from
learn-to-swim programmes through the sport pathway, general participation into high performance and national squads across swimming
(Inc Masters & Para swimming) water polo, artistic swimming, diving, and open water.
To support our YMLAEN strategy and our mission to inspire people of all backgrounds to get active, enjoy, and compete in Welsh Aquatics we are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead and grow a modest and diverse commercial portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving sustainable
revenue through multiple revenue streams, this currently includes sponsorship, merchandising, training & development, swimming awards (badges & certificates), our standalone software company, and new alternative revenue opportunities
