2023 World Triathlon Para Series Swansea

Britain’s first-ever standalone World Triathlon Para Series event will be hosted by the city of Swansea on 15 July 2023. The 2023 World Triathlon Para Series Swansea will see Paralympic, World and European champions descend on Swansea for the next two years representing the pinnacle of paratriathlon competition.

The elites will be joined by up-and-coming athletes for a leg of the British Triathlon Paratri Super Series, all at the Prince of Wales Dock and SA1 Waterfront.

Entries for the British Triathlon Paratri Super Series are now open – anyone with a physical or intellectual (learning) disabilities, or is neurodivergent is welcomed to enter. The race is open to both paratriathlon classified and non-classified athletes – non-classified athletes will be included in the wave racing against other athletes with a comparable impairment. Only classified paratriathletes are eligible for Paratri Super Series points and prizes.

The event will be delivered by British Triathlon in collaboration with UK Sport, World Triathlon, Welsh Triathlon, the Welsh Government and Swansea City Council.
