Business Manager
Fluent Welsh speaker Steffan joined in 2020 as a Business Support Officer, assisting us with the daily running of the business.
Steffan has since been promoted and has been our Business Manager since November 2021.
He is the Head of DBS for the Vibrant Nation DBS system for the sport and leisure sector and the provision of contracts, projects and services we provide. As well as creating and disseminating the comprehensive digital newsletters to members and stakeholders.
Steffan held several marketing roles before joining us including a UX Marketing agency where he was pivotal on account management and digital business. He also brought notable third-sector experiences to us including his work with Carers Trust in Carmarthenshire.
A keen sportsman too, Steffan plays rugby for Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd
