About Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs of Wales
Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs of Wales is a national youth organisation supporting a network of community-based clubs across Wales. We work with volunteers, youth workers, and young people to provide safe spaces, positive activities, leadership opportunities, and pathways for personal development.
We are looking for a passionate and committed youth worker who thrives on making a difference in communities, supporting young people to reach their potential, and working alongside volunteers to strengthen local clubs. This is initially a six-month probationary role, giving the post-holder the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, commitment, and impact. Subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability, there may be the possibility of extending the role beyond the probation period.
